The FTZ building is on a 10 acre site located within the Foreign Trade Zone at Brownsville’s Airport. It offers all the benefits of U.S. storage and distribution with Foreign Trade Zone status. All merchandise stored in accordance with FTZ regulations are exempt from U.S. duties and tariffs.

The site contains nearly 66,000 SF of warehouse, with a guard station to control access, and has several phases reserved for expansion. The building is engineered with the ability to convert to a full manufacturing facility within 60 days. This facility is specifically designed to expedite business operations requiring heavy truck transport exchange.
